Singapore University of Social Sciences Scholarships are a range of scholarships available to undergraduate students who enroll in a course or program at SUSS. Overview of Singapore University of Social Sciences

Established in 2017, the Singapore University of Social Sciences is a public university in Singapore. It specializes in programs in social sciences in its five schools. The schools include the Nathan School of Human Development, the School of Business, the School of Humanities and Behavioural Sciences, the School of Law, and the School of Science and Technology. In addition, it has three centers. They are the Centre for Applied Research (CFAR), the Centre for Chinese Studies, and the Teaching and Learning Centre. Studnets also enroll in programs and courses at the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), College for Lifelong & Experiential Learning (CLEL) of Singapore University of Social Science.

Scholarship Benefits

What are the benefits of Singapore University of Social Sciences Scholarships?

Successful candidates for the Singapore University of Social Sciences Scholarships will receive different benefits, depending on the scholarship provider. However, each recipient will receive funds for tuition fees at SUSS. But the amount and coverage will vary. For instance, some will receive money to cover complete tuition fees, travel allowances, and monthly expenses at the Singapore University of Social Science. Others will receive cash prizes for partial tuition fees. On the other hand, a few students will receive money to carter for their living expenses at SUSS, including accommodation, feeding, and transportation. The value of these scholarships ranges between $1,000 and $10,000, depending on the scholarship provider. 

How many students will receive scholarships at the Singapore University of Social Sciences?

There is no definite number of recipients of SUSS scholarships. Every eligible candidate can apply for these scholarships. Moreover, every Singaporean citizen or permanent resident will qualify for at least one scholarship or award at SUSS.

They include Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Can I apply for more than one scholarship at the Singapore University of Social Sciences?

Eligible full-time undergraduate students who are Singaporean citizens and permanent residents can apply for more than one scholarship at SUSS. However, they must meet the requirements for each scholarship. 

Can graduate students apply for SUSS scholarships?

Graduate students do not qualify for scholarships at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. However, they can apply for scholarships from external sources, including individuals, groups, organizations, and government agencies. 

Can international students apply for admission to the Singapore University of Social Sciences?

International students who meet the eligibility criteria for admission to SUSS can enroll in any program, degree, course, or diploma in any discipline, area, or field of study at the university. Moreover, they must meet the language requirements for international students at SUSS.

Can international students apply for SUSS scholarships?

Singapore University of Social Sciences Scholarships are not available to international students. Interested international students at SUSS can look for other scholarships available to international students at Singaporean universities.
