  • In principle, you should be able to arrive in Japan by a date provided by the accepted university, which should be within two weeks of the opening day of the semester (October 1, 2023).

If you are presently enrolled at a university (undergraduate or graduate), please submit an official transcript from your most recent degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) as well as an official transcript from your current degree program.
  • Passport-style photograph taken within the last six months (4.5 x 3.5 cm, upper-body, full-faced, without a cap)
  • Proof of language ability attesting to the fact that one of the Language Proficiency
  • Thesis abstract for graduation

Method of Application

  • These documents must be written in one of two languages: Japanese or English.
