1. All-inclusive Scholarships

The All-inclusive scholarships are available to foreign undergraduate candidates who rank in the top 1% of high school graduates in their country of origin. It includes free accommodation in a double room, three meals each day, and tuition for the whole duration of the academic program.

This grant is only available to overseas students applying for the September intakes.

2. Tuition Fee Waivers

High-achieving international undergraduate applicants may apply for tuition cost exemptions. Only the top two applicants from each nation are eligible for this opportunity by Eastern Mediterranean University.

Successful candidates will get a full-tuition remission from the award. Furthermore, the scholarship’s tuition coverage is only for the standard length of the academic program. 

3. High Honor Award

The High Honor Award is open to undergraduate and associate degree programs. The candidates must, nonetheless, have taken the required number of credits. 4. Sports Grant

5. Research Assistantship

Graduate students are given a certain number of research assistant posts by each faculty each semester. A full-time research assistant is paid a salary and is exempt from paying tuition. There are also positions for part-time research assistants. Scholarships awarded to research assistants enrolled in one of Eastern Mediterranean University’s postgraduate programs are of a regulatory nature.

6. Student Assistantship

Student assistantship opportunities are available in many of the university’s colleges and administrative divisions. They are accessible to all students. A student needs a GPA of at least 2.0 to access the Student Assistantship. These roles often have openings at the start of each semester. The monthly allowance comes at hourly rates.

  • Possess a relevant ALES score of 65 or above (for Turkish nationals) or a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or more from a graduate (Master’s) program.
  • Possess a valid travel passport 
General Requirements
  • Certified copies of any bachelor’s or master’s degree transcripts
  • Copies of diplomas from universities or other institutions that are comparable
  • English language tests and other academic proficiency tests documentation
  • Citizenship or birth certificate
  • Three recommendation letters (exemptions include graduates from Eastern Mediterranean University)
  • Statement of Purpose
  • A picture the size of a passport
  • Documents specific to a program. E.g. a portfolio (for Architecture PhD or Master’s applicants), a proposal (for PhD applicants)
